Wingman is a 50/50 blend of two outstanding lots. The first one is sourced from Burundi's remote Muyinga Province, it’s a natural-process coffee from the Hafi washing station, established to give remote local farmers access to same-day cherry processing. The result is a silky, fruit-forward cup, showcasing the unique terroir of this emerging specialty coffee region. Pair that with a washed Peruvian grown by María Nieves Tantalean in the highlands of Cajamarca, this coffee reflects her dedication to quality and sustainable farming. Carefully hand-harvested, meticulously fermented, and shade-dried on raised beds, it produces a beautifully balanced cup with delicate floral notes layered over a rich chocolate foundation.
