At Pinup Coffee Co, we love partnering with makers who share our obsession with flavor and quality—that’s why you’ll find Portland Syrups behind some of our drinks. They’re a small-batch crew out of SE Portland, Oregon; our founders’ home turf. Their syrups are made with real fruit purées, whole herbs, and spices—no fake flavors, colors, or preservatives. Plus, Portland Syrups keeps it intentional: they use organic, fair-trade regenerative cane sugar, and bottle in glass (we like environmentally responsible practice here)!

These syrups are used in some of our latte recipes, so now you can have a taste of our drinks at home. They are also perfect for mixing into refreshers and cocktails. Try one today and let the experimenting begin!

Available by 12 ounce bottle - refrigerate after opening. Use ½ an ounce to one ounce of syrup depending on size of your beverage and preference.

Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
This simple syrup is a perfect blend of brown sugar and a farm-direct organic cane sugar. The flavor of the sugarcane comes through clearly, complimenting the molasses notes from the brown sugar, creating a complex and deliciously dense simple syrup.

Marionberry Syrup
This Marionberry Syrup showcases the rich, deep flavor of real Northwest marionberries, capturing their perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. A vibrant addition to cocktails, sodas, and culinary creations.

Vanilla Syrup
Crafted from real Tahitian vanilla beans (yep, they make their own extract) blended with organic cane sugar and a touch of brown sugar for a luscious, creamy syrup. For coffee drinks, use roughly half an ounce for the perfect hint of sweetness and an incredible depth of flavor.

Raspberry Rhubarb Syrup
Limited Edition syrup: mouth-watering raspberry purée with a touch of rhubarb for a tart & juicy combination that is delicious as a soda, mocktail, or cocktail mixed with any spirit of your choosing.

Vanilla Rooibos Syrup
Limited Edition syrup: Rooibos tea, vanilla, and cinnamon in this rich, fragrant syrup. Each flavor comes through clearly; adding layers of deep flavor to lattes and cream sodas.

I love me some pinup coffee. I've had the honor of checking out the roastery in person and signed up for the subscription so fast. The bags are stacked, they don't go wimpy on the amount and the fact that they'll grind the beans specifically for whatever way you brew is genius. They love what they do, they actually care about the consumers, and I love them right back.

Thanks for keeping me caffeinated, getting to try a new batch each month is such an awesome idea. Keep em cominggggg!

The Coffee Subscription

This coffee is freaking amazing! We moved to a place where we couldn't get coffee as often as we were used to so we bought an espresso machine. It was good - until we discovered Pinup Coffee and now we can't stop! We can't get coffee at other places - it's not as good! We've tried other brands (I won't name names) but Pinup is the best! Their Slightly Dangerous and Tailwind are my absolute favorites! The customer service is fantastic, also! They've worked with me before to pick up after their hours because of my schedule - how awesome is that? Try their coffee! You'll be hooked!

This is the best local coffee I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried a ton. Their passion for roasting really shows in the coffee and their customer service. They will go out of their way to make you happy… Like shipping you their coffee even though shipping is not an option on their website. When you buy coffee from them you are not only supporting a local small business, but also veterans! GO GET SOME RIGHT NOW!!
