This Nicaraguan coffee tastes just as beautiful as the land it came from. In the heart of the Miraflor reserve, the López Gutiérrez Family cares for the land and their crops with innovation and tradition, proudly producing this delightful specialty coffee. Aromas like brown spice, Jasmine, and fruits carry this clean cup into notes of sweet honey, dried fruits and black tea.

Beyond the rich aroma and flavor profile, this family project fuels the economy of 45 different families annually through permanent jobs with employee benefits. We are proud to carry coffees that create a ripple effect of prosperity, especially when they taste this good!

At first brew, we pick up complex aromas of fruits like strawberry and peach, with a light floral note and honey sweetness. The honey processing and medium-light roast gives this cup a mild acidity and clean body, making this a wonderful morning cup of coffee.
