Ground Fresh to Order
A beautiful cup that captures the unique microclimate of northern Nicaragua in a delicious, “new daily favorite” kind of way. Butterscotch cookies and brown sugar sweetness unfold into chocolate and hazelnut notes with a nicely spiced finish. Grown in the cool, elevated highlands of Madriz, the cherries ripen slowly to develop rich flavor, clarity, and lasting sweetness in every cup.
Low/moderate acidity and a silky, medium body carry layers of butterscotch cookie aroma and brown sugar sweetness into milk chocolate and toasted hazelnut. The cup finishes with a warm, gently spiced aftertaste; excellent on its own or with cream and sugar!

Roast Level: Medium
This coffee is produced by Reyna del Café, a small community cooperative made up of local farmers cultivating coffee on small family-owned plots. Through the co-op, growers share processing resources, receive agronomic support, and work together to improve both quality and sustainability.
By selling their coffee collectively under Fair Trade and Organic certifications, these producers gain more stable pricing and direct access to global markets; helping protect their livelihoods while reinvesting in their farms, families, and community. Every cup reflects not just the character of Nicaragua’s highlands, but the strength of small coffee farmers working together to build something lasting.
Processing: Washed, sun-dried
