Miss Hap Coffee Blend
Two coffees, two roast levels, one unique and tasty coffee! This coffee blend takes your taste buds on a wild ride making you wonder, is this a happy accident? Fittingly named Miss Hap, this coffee has a fruity and sweet aroma, and tastes of bittersweet chocolates and nuts while it’s hot. As it cools, you’ll experience more of the fragrant fruity notes and a juicy sweet acidity.
The majority of this coffee blend is a lot from Mario Jesús Rufasto’s farm in Peru, where the high altitude facilitates exceptional arabica coffee growing conditions. He has the longest standing relationship with our sourcing partners in Peru, cultivating coffee relationships we are proud to be a part of. A pinch of darker-roasted Cerrado - known for its sweetly chocolate and nut notes - compliments this coffee making each sip more enjoyable than the last.
While brewing this coffee, notes of dried raspberries and dark chocolate soar from the cup. A full bodied hot coffee, we’re enjoying how rich and interesting this coffee is as it unfolds. The notes of bittersweet chocolate and nuts fly into a sweeter note of cardamom, sweet tea, lemon and berries. Experience this one while it lasts!
