This free guide walks you through the basics of making cold brew concentrate: use 60g of coarsely ground coffee to 350g of water (about 1½ cups), combine, and steep for 12 to 24 hours—we recommend 16–20 hours at room temp for a balanced, smooth brew. Then strain through cheesecloth and a coffee filter for a clean, grit-free finish.
