This Holiday Coffee blend is here to challenge old traditions. While holiday coffees of the past were either burnt and stale or had notes of fruitcake (who actually likes fruitcake?), this coffee is here to take a stand! The 2023 Holiday blend is a super chocolatey coffee with a warm spiced aroma, perfect for the season.
This blend is a curated masterpiece of two exceptional specialty coffees. We roasted a honey processed Mexican coffee from Finca La Laja and an organically grown Guatemalan coffee from San Martin Jilotepeque. These two come together at a medium-dark roast level to inspire a cup worth looking forward to each year.
While brewing this coffee, notes of malted chocolate, warm spices, and browned butter will fill the air. A creamy body boasts rich dark chocolate notes with almond, caramel, hints of banana, and a rich yet modest mulled-wine like acidity. A new tradition of coffee awaits!
