OUR ROAST
100% Specialty Arabica Coffee
Roasted Weekly in Small Batches
Ground Fresh to Order
Colombia is celebrated for producing some of the world's most approachable and nuanced coffees, and this microlot from Finca El Mirador is a beautiful example of why. Roasted to a balanced medium profile, this coffee delivers comforting sweetness and rich milk chocolate character while still offering moments of fruit complexity.
In the cup, we found aromas of cherry and malted chocolate, followed by a creamy milk chocolate body and sweet honey-like notes that remind us of Ovaltine and Honey Nut Cheerios. Brewed as a pour-over, the chocolate sweetness takes center stage, while immersion methods like AeroPress reveal subtle hints of pear beneath the surface. The result is a smooth, satisfying coffee with a familiar sweetness and just enough complexity to keep you coming back for another cup.

Roast Level: Medium
Finca El Mirador is a small farm owned and operated by Jose Jadir Losada and Kyle Bellinger in the village of Picuma. Since partnering here, they have nearly doubled its size (from 11 to 23 hectares) while remaining committed to producing exceptional coffee and providing well-paying jobs for local workers during harvest.
Processed using a traditional washed method, this coffee showcases the sweetness, balance, and clarity that have made Colombian coffees renowned worldwide. The result is a smooth, chocolate-forward cup that highlights both the careful work happening at El Mirador and the unique character of Huila's coffee-growing landscape.
Processing: Washed
Growing Region: Picuma, Suaza, Colombia; 1450-1600 MASL
