OUR ROAST
100% Specialty Arabica Coffee
Roasted Weekly in Small Batches
Ground Fresh to Order
Hold onto your cockpit seats - Belle Ringer is back and ready to take your taste buds for a ride! This limited-release light roast blend is crafted to perk us up heading into spring, delivering bright, sweet flavors that stay approachable without flying into overly light or tea-like territory.
We've combined a stunning washed Ethiopian Yirgacheffe with a honey processed Colombia from Huila, both roasted on the lighter end. Each sip shows how a light roast blend highlights fruity, sweet flavors as these special coffees complement one another. Belle Ringer opens with inviting aromas of ripe peaches and honey grahams. In the cup, you’ll find notes of cane sugar, lemonade, and vanilla, rounded out by a silky, smooth body that keeps everything beautifully balanced.

Roast Level: Light - Medium/Light
This seasonal coffee is inspired by our first light roast blend ever created, and has been a favorite ever since. Belle Ringer is well-traveled and has done everything from espresso at cafes to even being a part of local beer recipes. The Ethiopian coffee is an organically grown lot from the Konga co-op in the Yirgacheffe region; the Colombian is a microlot honey processed coffee from Finca La Rivera in Nátaga, Huila.
Belle Ringer is named after pin-up art on a B-26 aircraft used in WWII and found printed on vintage matchsticks during that era.
Processing: Washed, honey
Growing Regions: Gedeo, Yirgacheffe Ethiopia 1900-2300 MASL; Nátaga, Huila, Colombia 1950 MASL
Brewing Tips: Our favorite brew this year is a V60 and Aeropress with a 1:16-1:17 ratio. This is also a great coffee for experimenting with brew recipes; try slightly hotter water for lighter roasts.
