This Holiday Coffee blend is here to challenge old traditions. While holiday coffees of the past were either burnt and stale or had notes of fruitcake (who actually likes fruitcake?), this coffee is here to take a stand! The 2025 Holiday blend is bursting with chocolates and spices, with a warm apple cider-like aroma, perfect for the season and for sharing with family.
The freshly ground fragrance is cozy and festive, with hints of warm apple cider, allspice, and cocoa. Tasting notes are full of chocolates with a sweetness akin to dried dates, finishing with clove and hot cocoa. Creamy and moderately full-bodied, our Holiday blend is sure to please a crowd and inspire second and third cups. A new tradition of coffee awaits!

Roast Level: Medium - Dark
Our seasonal Holiday Blend is a curated masterpiece of two exceptional specialty coffees. We roasted two washed, sun-dried coffees: a single family estate Guatemalan from Finca Oná; and a Nicaraguan from the Reyna del Cafe Co-op in northern Nicaragua. These two come together at a medium-dark roast level to inspire a cup worth waiting for, and we’re excited to share it with you!
Processing: Washed, sun-dried; Guatemalan is RFA certified, and the Nicaraguan is FTO
Growing Regions: El Quetazal, San Marcos Guatemala, 875-1200 MASL; San Juan del Rio Coco, Madriz, Nicaragua, 14500-1600 MASL
Excellent for: All brewing methods, even espresso! We recommend trying it with our Dark and Dangerous Chemex recipe.
