This Colombia Huila decaf is intentionally selected and roasted to create a sweet, expressive, and well-balanced cup; proof that decaf deserves the same level of care and attention as any coffee we offer. Every decaf coffee we bring in must stand on its own in both quality and flavor, delivering a consistently delicious experience across any brew method, including espresso.
A slightly darker roast brings out a classic, cozy profile that is chocolate-forward like cocoa powder, with subtle nuttiness and an aroma of fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies. It finishes a touch drier, delivering a clean cup without any bitterness.

This Colombian coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, an organic, chemical-free method of caffeine removal. The process preserves the coffee’s natural characteristics, leaving nothing behind to alter its flavor.
