Grown at high elevations in Peru's Amazonas region, this lot comes from Germán's farm, El Bebedero, where he and his family have dedicated themselves to producing exceptional specialty coffee. Coffee has been part of the Carranza family for generations, and today Germán works alongside his wife, Keyla, their daughters, and an extended family of producers who share both knowledge and a communal drying facility.

This coffee is produced exclusively from the Bourbon variety, prized for its exceptional sweetness, elegant body, and refined cup quality. After carefully selecting only ripe cherries, Germán ferments the coffee anaerobically for 72 hours before washing and drying it slowly for approximately 20 days in the warm, dry Marañón River valley. This meticulous process enhances sweetness and complexity while preserving the coffee's remarkable clarity.
