They could also be sample roasts of coffees we DO have. So you'd get to sample the roast profiles that just didn't cut it for production. Maybe it was better just a little darker or lighter.

Rest assured, we'd never give you coffee that we thought was bad or old coffee (you know us better than that)! And while these won't have pretty labels, we'll write all the good details for you on the bag. Maybe it's a Kona, maybe it's a different roast profile of a current single origin, you won't know until it arrives at your door. But that's the fun of it!
