Producers Ture Waji and Mike Mamo are known for their unwavering focus on quality and community. Grown in the Sonkolle Kallato kebele of Ethiopia’s renowned Guji Zone at high elevation, this naturally processed lot benefits from a cool microclimate that allows cherries to mature slowly, developing exceptional sweetness and complexity. After harvest, the cherries are carefully dried on raised beds for 21–28 days; which adds a syrupy body to this light roast.
