Ture Waji and Sookoo Coffee carefully selected this coffee from small organic family farmers living in the Shoondhisa sub-kebele of Ethiopia. A naturally processed coffee from high elevations of Guji, it is a shining example of an incredible Ethiopian coffee.
The delightful aroma is bursting with lime and berry, with tasting notes of red fruits, brown sugar and black tea. Sweet and juicy, the limeade-like profile is nicely balanced with the sweet brown sugar and modest body. It’s not a coffee to miss!
