Decaf Mexico Chiapas WP

Long gone are the days of boring decaf! Every decaffeinated coffee we bring in must meet our standards for quality, flavor, and they must taste incredible in a latte as well. This coffee from Chiapas, Mexico is an excellent decaf coffee we have brought in before, and we are proud to showcase it again.
This coffee from the Amatenango de la Frontera region in Mexico is grown by farmers just steps away from the Guatemalan border. It is then decaffeinated in Mexico using the Mountain Water process which is a chemical-free way to extract the water soluble caffeine from the coffee. This preserves the coffees’ flavor and aroma characteristics without leaving anything behind that would alter the taste.
We enjoy notes of dark chocolate and maple syrup with subtle notes of clove, caramel apple and brownie in the aroma. A darker roast level highlights bold coffee notes in this full-bodied and surprisingly indulgent cup.
