The fresh ground aromas sparkle with hints of fresh apple, honey, and blondie brownies. Tasting notes of crisp apple, brown sugar, subtle spice and grapefruit. The anaerobic processing of this coffee yields complex notes like white wine and red cherry; it’s an overall exceptionally clean cup with juicy grapefruit acidity.
