The result is a silky, fruit-forward cup, showcasing the unique terroir of this emerging specialty coffee region. Pair that with a washed Peruvian grown by María Nieves Tantalean in the highlands of Cajamarca, this coffee reflects her dedication to quality and sustainable farming.
