Brewed at a 1:17 (coffee:water) ratio, it leans tea-like and floral with delicate citrus and stone fruit notes. Grown by Petu Kariappa, a member of the KaadKaapi collective (a group of farmers focused on quality and protecting the region’s natural biodiversity) this coffee is cultivated on a 100-acre farm tucked beneath the dense forest canopy of the Western Ghats. More wildlife sanctuary than traditional coffee farm, Harangal is home to thriving flora and fauna that help create an incredibly unique growing environment.
